A General Face Off of the Store across all aisles will take place at 12:00, 17:00, 21:00 daily.

Front Door & Till Bins

The Front Door Bin and bins behind the tills must be emptied at 22:00 daily.

Aisle 1:

Product: Frozen, Bakery, Large Drinks, Confectionary

Tasks: Date Check / Restock Bakery, Work Freezer, Work Overstock Trolleys, Face Off

Aisle 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 (Promo):

Product: General Grocery and Promotional Bays

Tasks: Tills, Work Overstock Trolleys, Tidy Store, Customer Toilet, Face Off

Aisles 6, 7 & 8:

Products: Dairy Produce, Ice Cream Counter, Dale Farm Freezer, Fresh Fruit & Veg, Small Drinks, Grab & Go, Barista

Tasks: Date Checks, Reductions, Waste, Restock Chiller, Restock Ice Cream, Face Off

Fresh Order Pack:

Barista Bar Final Clean (Not before 21:30)

Empty Bins in Till Area and Front Door

Brush Floor Area

Customer Toilet

The Customer Toilet must be checked hourly and the check should be recorded on the sheet provided.

Tills

Forms 08.00 to 20.00 there should always be someone assigned to the Self-Service tills Area.
